Exodus has something for everyone.. from guided trips for the adventurer, the environmentalist, beginners and for the skilled paddler looking for the ultimate trip. You can customise a trip from ½ day to 8 days with one of our highly experienced river guides.

Our 1 day and 3 day expedition tours are perfect for groups wanting to learn how to pack for expedition,  learn the basic skills to control a canoe, and then undertake an extended paddling journey, taking all their gear for the night along with them.  The benefits your group will receive from whitewater canoe expedition tours include

The most popular whitewater canoe tours are:

1/2 Day Whitewater Canoe Introduction:

Enjoy a half day whitewater canoe trip that will take you down four grade 2 rapids and some grade 1 rapids in between. With a rapid named ‘Meat Slicer’ you are guaranteed to get wet! If you make it through without tipping out you will be given the opportunity to do some defensive swimming down another rapid.

This trip is a great introduction to whitewater canoeing and is ideal for beginners, families, people who have a time limit and those who would like to do more than one activity in one day.

Exodus will provide:

  • equipment – canoes, paddles, PFDs, helmets and barrels
  • comprehensive instructional safety training
  • tents available for hire
  • catering available if required

What you need to bring:

  • hat
  • t-shirt or long sleeved shirt if you have sun sensitive skin
  • long swimming shorts to protect your legs
  • closed in shoes that can get wet
  • sunscreen
  • water bottle

3 Day Whitewater Canoe Tour:

You spend three days whitewater paddling and two nights camping in unspoilt wilderness offering the ultimate canoe journey. This trip gradually builds on size and technicality of the rapids with the first day consisting of many grade 2 and a good grade 3 rapid around lunch time.

Your second day will lead you down grade 3 rapids with names like ‘Carnage’ and ‘Tombstone’. You will also come across a grade 4 rapid called ‘Cungelbung Falls’ where you get to take a break to check out this almighty rapid. This is where you enter the untouched National Park wilderness of tranquil pools, abundant wildlife (platypus, black swans, eagles, bass and the protected eastern cod) and no shortage of fantastic scenery. That night you will experience a camp site like no other!

On the last day you will paddle out of the wilderness on grade 2 and 3 rapids.
