These are the forms you will need in order to participate in your outdoor adventure.  The ‘medical form’ is to help us keep you safe and the ‘consent and release form’ is a legal requirement.  Please print and complete both forms.

If you have booked in advance you can post them or bring them with you on the day.

 From South Grafton, follow the Gwydir Highway about 7kms

west towards Glen Innes, and turn left onto the Old Glen

Innes Road.  Exodus is located 40kms from this turn off.  It

takes about 45 minutes to get to Buccarumbi from Grafton,

depending on weather, wild life and road conditions.
